Duties of Position

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD – WORK EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN JANUARY 2021 Duties will be in support of NIWC, Atlantic.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience supporting enterprise wide desktop deployment including peripherals, Remedy ticketing system, Tier 1 technical support, Tier 2 technical support, multi-function devices (MFD), and telecommunications. - Experience may be achieved simultaneously. - CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA A+ - One of the following depending on role: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) – Windows 10 (current version required), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA)

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
