• Serve as a Program Management Analyst in support of US Government Foreign Military Sales program. • Provide support with meetings and coordinate of efforts among various government and contract support stakeholders. • Review and monitor status of program schedules, processes, and procedures. • Review, edit, and draft formal and informal written correspondence and reports. • Attend meetings, take notes, draft meeting minutes, and manage action items. • Maintain digital archives in established databases (SharePoint, etc). • Coordinate and attend relevant working group sessions and technical discussions in support of the program.
• Two (2) years of administrative support experience, to include: developing and processing correspondence, preparing briefing and presentation materials, updating existing briefing materials, scheduling events and preparing itineraries, preparing and maintaining files, preparation of reports, and interface with activity personnel and customers. • Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (preferred) • Strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
• Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales cases.
