THE CANDIDATE WILL CONDUCT BASIC WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE: • Inventory/QA outgoing install equipment • Prepare movement request form (MRF) and transportation movement request (TMR) for the movement of materials between warehouse and labs • Wrap, ship, and receive classified equipment • Research equipment using FEDLOG/HAYSTACK/ONE TOUCH • Receive, log, and inventory incoming packages/media • Conduct random inventory checks within various storage locations (cm safe, warehouse, etc.) • Label and make copies of media as needed • Prepare media and ILS packages for shipment • File media in the cm library and properly dispose of media • Assist CM librarian with media requests (pull items from the safe as they are requested) • Assist warehouse with loading/unloading trucks and delivering equipment to the proper custodians
EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. The candidate must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Requires two (2) years of experience providing warehouse logistics support, preferably within DOD, and the ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on deadline requirements. INDIVIDUAL MUST MAINTAIN ELIGIBILITY FOR A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
Configuration Management experience and strong background in English grammar and Quality Assurance analysis.
