Provide Administrative support services for Global Brodcasting System (GBS). Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Radio Frequency Communication Systems programmatic experience and demonstrate 3+ In-Service using Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Manage, analyze and provide support for Satellite Communications (SATCOM) to include Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) and Commercial Satellite (COMSATCOM); Develop and maintain weekly status report of all funding and execution needs and to develop programmatic and financial (construct/setup) template to support financial management for SATCOM; have program management experience supporting Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Program Management Offices, including PMW-170; Fleet personnel; Radio Frequency Communication Systems IPTs; and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Project leads & IPT; Manage Project tracking, determine funding requirements, planning and estimates to completion; Responsible for developing, maintaining and providing moderately complex financial information, plans and projections, utilizing knowledge of advanced financial theory; Manage and prepare detailed analyses with estimates for funding needs; Gather, compare and correlate information about projected costs of current and future program activities.
Prior working knowledge in developing written instructions, procedures, technical reports/ documentation and financial status reports/packages to develop supportability, cost, and readiness objectives including risk assessment; perform all duties unsupervised. This position will required to have and maintain a SECRET clearance.
This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
