Must have a minimum of 5 years Radio Frequency (RF) Communication Systems experience on Military Satellite Communication (MILSATCOM) and/or Commercial Satellite Communication (COMSATCOM) performing Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment support functions to include Technical data; Training and training support; Preventive Maintenance; Supply support; Configuration Management (CM); Support Equipment; Packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); program support experience in all Acquisition Categories (ACAT) throughout all life cycle phases (concept to disposal): Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); Configuration Management (CM); Data Management (DM); Project Management; In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) fielding and sustainment support; 5+ years of experience using ITSM (Previously REMEDY), COLTS, NDE, SAILOR, ICAPS, CDMD-OA, CMPRO, SPIDER, TDMIS, SME 3 DAS, FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, Haystack, One Touch, and Asset Visibility; develop written instructions, procedures, spreadsheets and other technical documentation (System SOVT, Platform SOVT, SIDS and LARS); perform all duties unsupervised, while supervising lesser experienced co-workers; provide the status of assigned tasks via both prepared and ad hoc oral briefings to project manager.
Prior working knowledge with either Military Satellite Communication (MILSATCOM) to include Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Global Broadcast System (GBS), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Processor (TIP), Advance TIP (ATIP), Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) and/or Commercial Satellite Communication (COMSATCOM) to include Commercial Wideband Satellite Program (CWSP), Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP), Navy Senior Leadership Communications–Aircraft (NSLC-A), Television-Direct to Sailor (TV-DTS)/INMARSAT and Environmental Satellite Receiver Processors (ESRP) and/or Assured Command and Control (AC2) to include all customers within are required. This position is required to have and maintain a SECRET clearance.
