Duties of Position

Experienced inventory specialist with a working knowledge of NAVSUP Publication 723 (P-723), NAVY INVENTORY INTEGRITY PROCEDURES. 3+ years tracking and auditing inventories, to include Financial Impact Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements, Periodic Audits, Perpetual Audits, 10% Audits, 100% (Wall-to-Wall) Audits, and Floor-to-Book and Book-to-Floor Audits. Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for delivery to the Government in response to data calls. Formally document and submit audit reports as required. Prepare for, organize, and lead Depot audit teams in support of auditing activity. Backup other logistical staff using Commercial Asset Visibility Organic Repairable Module (CAVORM) and Commercial Asset Visibility Web (CAVWeb) to monitor production progress. Logistics support will include carcass tracking to ensure that NON-RFI carcasses are available in the depot for overhaul. Support depot activities to develop and document procedures and obtain resources and staff necessary to implement a functional Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) inventory system.

Required Skills & Experience

- Five (5) years recent C4ISR or other relevant experience - Three plus (3+) years tracking and audting inventories - P-723 experience - Extensive working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including internet research skills - Able to work professionally with all personalities, in all environments, regardless of position.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Preferred Skills

Quality Management System (QMS) experience that is compatible with ISO 9001:2008.
