Duties of Position

The Project Analyst supports Government Project Managers and Logisticians with the following: analysis of online data, hardcopy data and reports; tracking and reporting to online databases for movement and status of materials; reviewing and reporting the contractor financial status with regard to individual contractor tasks; preparing presentation materials for management reports; Developing project status reports and key performance metrics; participating in meetings to assist with process implementation, flows and changes; assists the Government Project Managers with evaluating and monitoring the overall project. The Project Analyst also assists the Government Project Managers and Government Logisticians in communications and meetings by assisting with process descriptions, optimization and resolution of project issues and performance

Required Skills & Experience

Three (3) years current or other relative experience with supporting DoD C4ISR projects with analysis, generation, tracking, and corrections of relevant data; participation and assisting in meetings with regard to the Government Project Manager’s objectives; development of reports and processes with an ability to understand the metrics derived; demonstrated ability to communicate in a group environment and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The Project Analyst should also have experience in resolving process procedures and conflicts to optimize outcomes.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of Government and Contractor technical and management personnel. Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
