Duties of Position

Primary representative responsible for all work performed by Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Capability-Base (CB) In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) Support, addressing all personnel management and any non-performance issues, management of Government material and assets, participating in Program Management Reviews, maintain relations with Government Contracting Officer Representative and requisite program engineer staff, and ensuring all contractor performance standards meets all contract requirements within cost and schedule, referenced herein are adhered to.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer / Physical Science, Math, or related scientific discipline, or Management Information Systems from an accredited university; or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited university. Five (5) years within the last six (6) years as a Program or Project Manager managing DoD contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity. Shall have a minimum of (1) of the following Project Management Certifications: PMP: Project Management Professional. CAPM: Certified Associate in Project Management. CPMP: Certified Project Management Practitioner. CSM: Certified ScrumMaster. CompTIA Project+ certification. PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner. Associate in Project Management Minimum of 15 years of technical experience at this level of position managing similar contracts. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing DoD contracts. • Coordinates the preparation, review, and consolidation of data on client communications infrastructure, budgets, acquisitions, and business plans. • Provides assistance with proposing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards and methodologies. • Supervises all contracted personnel engaged in the operation and support of communications infrastructure. • Provides development of Quality Assurance Plan as part of the project management plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
