Duties of Position

Primary role: Subject matter expert in a multi-classification environment in the Video Teleconference/Multi-Media field. Maintain, and manage the VTC architecture on NIPR and SIPR to include device STIG’s, firmware upgrades, event support requirements, off-site location support. Provide additional technical support necessary to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the project and assigned staff. Additional support to include conference room installation / maintenance, routine cable maintenance, and equipment inventory. Triage end user trouble tickets, assist with fault isolation and provide a remedy or direct users to the appropriate department/office for action. Provide day-to-day support in for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and A/V conference rooms.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of operational experiences in the Information Technology (IT) field. Active DoD-8570 Tier ll compliant (Security+CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) certification. Active Microsoft Operating System Certification (e.g. Windows 10) OR one (1) AV / VTC certification HIGHLY DESIRED Active Cisco Telepresence knowledge (VCS-C/E, TMS, CMS, CMM, Codian, SX series and Webex series Codecs) Strong PowerPoint skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5+ years' experience requiring: Government customer support. A position that required ensuring positive customer relationships. Independence in problem solving and analytical skills. Time management, accountability and relationship skills. Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
